Dal 2001 la Luna è gestita da Teresa, figlia di Nino Pittorra; proprio grazie ad una sua felice intuizione, in Sardegna, isola quasi fuori dal tempo, nasce nel 1968 l’Ambra Night. Nino ne fa un ritrovo abitual...e di turisti soprattutto nord europei, rendendolo ben presto simbolo del divertimento non solo a San Teodoro ma dell’intera costa nord orientale. In the early 1980s, when night life was at its peak, on an island now queen of international tourism, the Luna opened its doors to a mature and demanding public: an exclusive private club which, riding on the crest of the wave of success, in one decade became, in 1992, a famous and successful discotheque. Since 2001 the Luna has been run by Teresa, the daughter of Nino Pittorra; it was thanks to his successful intuition, that Ambra Night came into being in 1968, in Sardinia, an island that was almost outside time. Nino made it a regular meeting place for tourists, especially from Northern Europe, so that it soon became a symbol of fun not only in San Teodoro but along the whole of the north-eastern coast. Today as then, Teresa looks after it with the same spirit and enthusiasm, guaranteeing continuity and professionalism.
