ALPHA STEPPA BIO
The son and nephew of respected dub heavyweights Alpha & Omega, Alpha Steppa has been surrounded by soundsystem and dubplate culture from a young age. Now a talented producer in his own right, his productions connect the dots between the music which he has grown up around and the new generation of UK bass music of which he is a part. His dubbed out style draws upon the sounds of his musical heritage, filtered through an exploration of the newer sounds of dubstep.

Alpha Steppa is a UK reggae, dub and bass music producer. He is the son and nephew of roots dub duo Alpha & Omega (Greensleeves Records). Alpha Steppa released his first record, via his own label, Steppas Records in 2010, since then he has released numerous singles, EP's and remixes. Alpha Steppa also works alongside his father and aunt (Alpha & Omega) producing collaborative works under the shared alias, Dub Dynasty. Since 2013 Dub Dynasty have released two albums, Unrelenting Force and Thundering Mantis, described by Q Magazine as "obliteratingly heavy bass" and by Mixmag as "thunderous goodness", respectively. BBC 6 Music radio presenter Don Letts included Thundering Mantis in his Best of 2014 radio playlist. In September 2015 Alpha Steppa released his debut solo album, a two part album entitled Rooted & Grounded, described by Reggae Roots Review as “holy albums; the tracks create a mood, a way of life even, dub to worship.” Alpha Steppa has collaborated with various notable reggae artists, including, Lee "Scratch" Perry, Gregory Isaacs and Lutan Fyah. Alpha Steppa has developed a sound which links roots reggae with contemporary bass music, described in Mixmag by Joe Muggs as "a UK producer with a rich roots reggae heritage who's injected that into a dubstep framework" and "a serious player in the soundsystem world".

SISTA HABESHA BIO
With 3 big vinyl releases in the last 2 years, and having played parties in Italy, Poland, Morocco, California, Switzerland, France, The International Dub Gathering and the upcoming Dub Camp, Habesha is hitting the dub scene with full force!!!
Growing up in a small village in Southern Italy with traditional country values started Habesha off in life with strong principles. Her classical piano training was a challenge at the time, but now expresses in a new frequency. As she grew into her spirituality she naturally rebelled against the Catholic Church, while still retaining the quality essences of a religious upbringing. As a young adult spending years in the good vibes of Italy's underground Bass Music party scene she eventually found Dub Reggae and naturally Rastafari...
Moving to the UK to find a new path in life she got deeper into the music and faith as she learned the English language. A regular at Aba Shanti and london dances in the mid 2000's she was exposed to the best of the early UK Dub Sound System scene. Being connected for years with producers like Moa Anbessa, Dan Imperial and Roots Hi-Tek naturally inspired her to start producing her own tracks. In 2010 Habesha released her first tune on de Italian Dub Community vol 2, followed in 2011 on Italian Dub Community vol 3. As her music was being appreciated by notorious soundman like Aba Shanti I & King Earthquake she continued to create music refining her own style. With a sweetness and musicality often not heard in Dub music, when combined with her raw militant drums and driving basslines her productions have a powerful impact.
Habesha's first official vinyl release came in 2015 on german label JahSoulJah Records with tunes like I Am An Ethiopian, by Joseph Lalibela (UK) and Hold Pon Rasta Faith, by Fitta Warri (JA). In 2016 Italian Roots Cooperation label released “What Dem Done” featuring Vale B, and Ben Alpha 's Steppas Records put out “Jah Voice” featuring Italo-Senegalese rising star Sista Awa.
Sista Habesha's record label will be coming soon with many releases planned featuring vocalists like Arkaingelle, Afrikan Simba, Ras Biblical, Prince David, Sista Awa, Joshua Hales, Jules I, Luv Fyah, Ras Amlak and more. Likewise she is available for sound system and DJ set bookings.
Representing for female musicians everywhere Habesha aims to inspire a new generation of empowered feminine creativity in yet another male dominated industry... Through hard work, good principles, and powerful yet beautiful music Habesha's special expression of reggae music is sure to touch the soul and inspire positivity and progression.

DUBZOIC BIO
Contemplation of sound dimensions and meditation through dub music.
Dubzoic is the name of an Italian dub project, started in 2007 as a musical collective, but to date identified with the main producer and founder.
Over the years Dubzoic acquires his own sound and starts collaborating with several international artists and labels.
The Dubzoic live session is a combination of mystic vibrations and sounds, matched with the spiritual messages and voices of Lucadread and Tommy Evok.
Dubzoic has worked with SistSara, Lucadread, Idren Natural, Imperial Sound Army and Fikir Amlak.
